Duncan McNeill
Founder & Chairman Emeritus
Duncan is the businessman and philanthropist who founded Stream-Flo in 1962. From its beginnings as a manufacturer of check valves, Duncan has guided Stream-Flo’s growth into a global leader in wellhead and christmas tree equipment, API gate valves, surface safety valves and a complete line of pipeline check valves.
Mark McNeill
President & CEO
Mark joined the Stream-Flo Group of Companies in 1979 and has held a number of operations and sales positions for both Stream-Flo and Master Flo throughout Canada and around the world, establishing operations in all corners of the globe. In 2004, Mark was named President of Master Flo Valve Inc. He became President and CEO of both Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. and Master Flo Valve Inc. in 2009.
Curtis Crane, CPA
Controller, Stream-Flo USA LLC
Curtis joined Stream-Flo in 2013. After graduating from the University of Texas, Curtis began his career with a major public accounting firm before taking on senior positions in finance, tax and operations at publicly traded and private companies.
Keith Farquharson, P.Eng.
Vice President, Corporate Technology
Since graduating from the University of Alberta, Keith has gained over twenty-five years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry and has been a major driving force behind several of Stream-Flo Industries’ product development initiatives. Keith is an active volunteer and sits on the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology’s Engineering Advisory Committee.
Brian Grierson
Vice President, Global Sales Wellhead Business Development
Brian's career in the Oil & Gas industry includes field, operations, sales and executive roles, joining Stream-Flo in 1987. He currently oversees domestic and global sales for Stream-Flo's Wellhead Business Unit.
Doug Jarvin
Vice President and General Manager, Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. (Canada)
Doug has more than three decades of experience in the valve industry, and joined Stream-Flo in 2007. He leads Stream-Flo Canadian business, and is responsible for all product groups in wellhead, surface safety systems, and pipeline check valves.
Grant Pilgrim, C.E.T., C.R.S.P.
Vice President, Health, Safety and Environment, Technical Training and Property Management
Grant began his career working for international leaders in the chemical engineering technology industry before moving into the field of health, safety and environment. He joined the Stream-Flo Group of Companies in 2010 and has been Vice President, Health, Safety, and Environment, Technical Training and Property Management since 2014.
Dave Randhawa, CPA, CMA
Chief Financial Officer
In 2019, Dave Randhawa joined the Stream-Flo Group of Companies in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer. Before joining our team, Dave held several executive and leadership positions in the Oil & Gas, infrastructure services and mining industries.
Jerry Wakeford
Senior Operations Manager, Aftermarket Services
Jerry began his Oil & Gas career in 1994 performing thermal wellhead and field installations. After joining Stream-Flo in 2003 as a wellhead and gate valve repair and field service technician, he has taken on progressively senior roles and now leads the Canadian aftermarket services team, including Stream-Flo’s Canadian branches and frac support services. Jerry’s background includes post-secondary education in Project Management.
Sean Wilcock
General Manager, Stream-Flo USA LLC
Sean is an executive leader in the Upstream Oil & Gas and Power Generation industry with over 20 years of international experience. Sean joined Stream-Flo in 2020, responsible for establishing and implementing the Company vision, long term plans and annual strategic objectives for Stream-Flo USA. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer from the University of Hertfordshire, England and holds several awards for his project achievements. Previously Sean held several leadership positions with Weatherford, APR Energy and MGB Oilfield Solutions throughout the Middle East, Africa and North America. His recognition stems further with his nomination into the US President’s Advisory Council for Doing Business in Africa (PACDBIA) in 2018.
