The Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service (STARS) provides the lifesaving service of transporting critically ill and injured Western Canadians outside of the main cities to hospital for emergency care. Residents and workers in the communities in which we operate rely on this to save the lives of their families and neighbors.

The Stream-Flo Group of Companies has a long-standing partnership with STARS, and in 2017 our President & CEO, Mark McNeill, participated in the STARS CEO Rescue in the Rockies. On September 29, 2017, he was dropped off at a remote mountain location with the goal of raising $100,000 for STARS in order to be rescued and brought home.

With the incredible support of Stream-Flo Group of Companies employees around the world, our suppliers, friends and families, we raised $149,409 to keep STARS in the air. For helping get Mark off the mountain, and enabling STARS to continue saving the lives of our families and neighbors, we thank everyone who contributed.
