Assembly, Test and Paint Technician - Midland, TX
Key position functions include:
aware of and follow all company safety rules and regulations and report all
accidents, however small
deburr, assemble & stamp parts as per WO Instructions, Supervisor’s
instructions, ES 5-1 and applicable department Work Instructions
Forklift in a safe and conscientious manner as required
and maintain tools, band saw, manual drill and bench grinder in a safe and
Vertical Machining Center after it is set up by CNC Lead Hand
for all equipment and tools in his/her charge
out job cards/sheets accurately and neatly ( this must be done daily ) and sign
off on process traveler, sequence number, operation number, machine number, production counts, etc. per OP 205 Rev.
serial numbering of each part listed on the Material Traceability Sheet in the
shop work order as required
work area clean and organized
all problems and/or repairs required to Lead Hand in order to maintain
duties as assigned by Supervisor
Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:
- Must have good communication skills and able to read and write in English.
- Must have successfully passed company’s three month training period within the company and have a minimum of (6) months experience as an Assembler Level II.
- Year minimum experience in Wellhead ATP
