Assembly, Test and Paint Technician - Midland, TX

Key position functions include:

  • Be aware of and follow all company safety rules and regulations and report all accidents, however small
  • Clean, deburr, assemble & stamp parts as per WO Instructions, Supervisor’s instructions, ES 5-1 and applicable department Work Instructions
  • Operate Forklift in a safe and conscientious manner as required
  • Operate and maintain tools, band saw, manual drill and bench grinder in a safe and conscientious manner
  • Operate Vertical Machining Center after it is set up by CNC Lead Hand
  • Responsible for all equipment and tools in his/her charge
  • Fill out job cards/sheets accurately and neatly ( this must be done daily ) and sign off on process traveler, sequence number, operation number, machine number, production counts, etc. per OP 205 Rev. 0
  • Complete serial numbering of each part listed on the Material Traceability Sheet in the shop work order as required
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Report all problems and/or repairs required to Lead Hand in order to maintain productivity
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:

  • Must have good communication skills and able to read and write in English.
  • Must have successfully passed company’s three month training period within the company and have a minimum of (6) months experience as an Assembler Level II.


  • Year minimum experience in Wellhead ATP
