Product and Application Education
Stream-Flo Industries training department’s primary objective is to train branch managers and their staff to attain product knowledge, ensure consistency in applied field services, develop interaction skills between Stream-Flo and the customer, and to develop, test, and certify service technician levels. This is accomplished through regular training sessions held at Edmonton’s training facility and all Stream-Flo locations throughout the year. Training for staff consists of theory and practical hands-on based sessions. Training sessions utilize lectures, discussions, audiovisual presentations, demonstration cutaways, equipment functionality, and hands-on practical skills of equipment utilization in conjunction with the mobile training trailer. Our training methods are scrutinized to meet and exceed all Stream-Flo’s high standards as well as industry set standards. All training sessions and assessments are documented and held in each branch location file. This is done periodically to document and track the employee’s progression thus assuring consistency and quality-based services to the customer.
