Manufacturing
Stream-Flo’s manufacturing division is located in a modern 300,000 square feet facility featuring up-to-date machining technology working within ISO, API 6A, 6D and ASME VIII structured quality programs. Manufacturing is divided into five departments: CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled), Conventional (lathes, drills, mills), Welding, QC (Quality Control) and ATP (Assembly, Test & Paint). Within the manufacturing division are five more departments: Production Control, Industrial Engineering, Warehouse, Tool Crib and Maintenance.
The Manufacturing Division processes the product from the raw material stage through to the final assembly and test. During the manufacturing process there are various inspection points the product must pass. From “first off” inspection through “in-process” inspection to final dimensional inspection onto testing, the product undergoes these controls to ensure quality and customer satisfaction and thus carries Stream-Flo’s product guarantee.
